Q. Is there a minimum order value?
Enjoy shopping with no minimum order requirement. A flat delivery charge of PKR 200 is applied to all orders.
Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
To ensure a secure shopping experience, we offer multiple payment options including Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, card payments, JazzCash, and Easypaisa.
Q. How do I check my order status?
You will receive a tracking number through an email once your oder has been verified. The status of your delivery can then be checked through that tracking number by visiting Courier's website.
Q. How do I unsubscribe from updates?
If you wish to opt out of receiving email updates, write to us and we could end your newsletter subscription.
Q. When will I receive my order?
The delivery usually takes 24-48 working hours to metropolitan cities and 3-5 working days to rest of the cities.
Q. What are your refund policies?
Babyplanet values its customer, we believe in providing 100% satisfaction. If the customer is not 100% satisfied, they may return or exchange the product. The return Policy*subject to change
